Bowling Club

Anyone interested in bowling and having a place to interact with your classmates should join the bowling club. The club meets to practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Club member senior Daniel McCool explained his experience with bowling. "I like bowling because at its core, it is very simple, as simple as rolling the ball and knocking down pins," said McCool. "However, as you get more involved with the sport you can learn some of the intricacies like; where to stand, where to aim, what ball does what, what surface you should put on the ball, should you aim high or low - things like that."

McCool explained the reason people should join the club. "Selfishly, I think people should join the club so that we have a bigger pool to pick from for our matches, and the more people that join, the more likely we are to find good bowlers." said McCool. "On the other hand, joining a club in general is a good experience and, even though we are a competition-based club, it is still a good social experience to hangout and be active."
