Coffee With A Cop

On Friday, February 12, the Police Department will be hosting a Coffee With a Cop event from 7:20 to 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.

"The Police Department does this same event in our community a couple times a year with the public to hear concerns and develop relationships throughout the town," said school resource officer John Endsley.

The Police department does not only aim to develop relationships throughout the town, but also allow students to feel comfortable around officers when they see them in public. "We invite firefighters, dispatchers and other police agencies to this event," said Endsley. "This is so the students can ask questions about their jobs and meet the people who keep them safe."
