Prep for finals: Cocoa and Cram
If you enjoy study groups and a hot beverage to help take the stress off of finals week, then make an appearance at the annual Cocoa and cram session held in the cafeteria on Tuesday Dec. 17th from 3-4:30 pm. Interact club will be hosting this Cocoa and cram session to help students prepare for their finals. "Cocoa and Cram is a way for the Interact Club to give back to their classmates," said English teacher Liza Peyton. "Students came up with the idea last year, and we wanted to make it a tradition."
Because of the stress final exams induce, a productive environment with fellow classmates, and a good sip of hot cocoa could be a way to cut down on the pressure. "I think it is a good break from the tension to sit and study with friends," said Peyton. "Sometimes hearing how someone else remembers something or can explain an idea in a new way can really help."
Don't miss this opportunity for a fun study session! For any questions, contact Mrs. Peyton at lpayton@plainfield.k12.in.us.
