We The People garage sale
Is your house in need of some spring cleaning? Or are you interested in doing some thrifting? If this is the case, you might want to consider donating or attending the We The People garage sale on Saturday, March 8th from 7 am to 12 pm. Come support their cause and help raise funds for their Washington, DC trip to Nationals!
Leader of the group and teacher Adam Ferguson is coordinating this event. "I think it's just one of those things where everybody knows it's expensive to go but it's very exciting and rewarding," said Ferguson. "The garage sale is just a chance to, even if they already have their trip paid for, try to support their peers who can't afford it as much."
If you're interested in supporting We The People and donating to the garage sale, in the coming week, donations can be dropped off in room F 202 until Thursday, March 6th. Donations of all kinds are welcome. Drop off your old clothing, books, music, movies, toys, or anything in good condition. Furniture is also welcome, just email Adam Ferguson about the item.
Members of We The People hope to raise $2,000 to support their efforts to go to Nationals in Washington, DC. Join them on Saturday, March 8th from 7 am to 12 pm in the ellipse to shop and support!
