We The People Valentine's Gift Boxes
During this week, the We The People program is selling Valentine's Day gift boxes to help support their trip to Washington, DC for nationals. One member of the group, senior Max Payton, is especially enthusiastic about the gift boxes.
"These gift boxes are to help support the We The People program, as we've qualified for nationals," said Payton. "The competition is in Washington, DC." Like many others in the We The People program, Payton is looking forward to going up to Washington, DC.
"I think it's going to be a fun time," said Payton. "Our whole team has worked really hard for months to prepare for this, and I think it's gonna be an awesome way to show what we know." Payton isn't only excited for the competition, but for the sightseeing he will do while there as well. "I am excited to see our nation's capital and all of the different landmarks and monuments that are there," said Payton. "It will also be cool to talk to qualified judges and explain all of the concepts that I've learned this year."
Valentine's boxes are available throughout this week, and buying one will be great for not only your valentine, but the We the People program too! The gift boxes come with a teddy bear, two cookies, and a brownie, and they cost ten dollars each.
