Winter Dance

The annual Winter Dance has been rescheduled for Friday, March 8, due to its overlapping with the girls Semi-State basketball competition. Tickets for the dance are $10 and will be sold during lunch on Tuesday, March 5; Thursday, March 7; and Friday, March 8.

Although the dance has been rescheduled, the theme will remain the same: Valentines. "I think the part that most students will enjoy is the theme and the ability to contribute to the music," said Student Body President senior Tiba Altower. "The theme is one that many people enjoy, and being able to choose songs will make the dance more enjoyable."

All students are invited to participate and have fun in this event. "I think it's important for schools to host events like this because it is something that the student body enjoys," explained Altower. "It gives students the chance to dress up, meet up with friends and have an exciting evening."
