Winter Homecoming Dance
Friday night found senior Teagen Diallo on the dance floor, sharing his moves with the other students who attended the Winter Homecoming Dance.
For Diallo, the dance gave him a much-needed break from the winter blahs. "It is important for the school to have dances like this because it takes some pressure off of intense classes and upcoming tests," he said. Despite a scheduling delay, students came out in full force – dressed up in suits, sparkly dresses and heels.

Encouraging everyone to plan on attending next year's event, Diallo recommended Student Government promote it more heavily and add a catered food option, as well as more things to do besides dance.
"I liked the song choices and the DJ took a lot of requests," said Diallo. "I really like the Winter Homecoming because everyone is aware of it and they want to go."
